Open Gym

Teen S&C

At Farrell Fitness our Teen Strength and Conditioning classes are designed to help young teens build a solid foundation of strength, power, and athleticism, while also focusing on injury prevention and improving overall fitness. Hyrox

Class Options Include:

  • Strength & Conditioning:  these classes help build muscle and increase endurance with weightlifting and resistance training exercises while also improving your cardiovascular health, flexibility and overall fitness. These classes are suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced lifters.  
  • Hybrid Strength & Conditioning:  these classes combine elements of weight training, cardio, agility drills, and functional movements. It’s designed to build power, increase endurance, and improve mobility by incorporating both strength-based exercises and conditioning elements into a single workout. Whether you’re looking to build muscle, lose fat, or improve athletic performance, our hybrid classes provide a balanced approach to fitness.
  • Sweat: these classes are a high-intensity workout that combines cardio, strength, and conditioning exercises to maximise calorie burn and build full-body fitness. Designed to keep you moving and motivated, Sweat is perfect for anyone looking to take their fitness to the next level, all while having fun and achieving real results.

With flexible hours you can come in anytime during our opening hours, train at your own pace without having to schedule a class, feel like a work just pop to the gym!

We have a wide range of equipment for you to enjoy from cardio machines, strength equipment, free weights, and functional training areas.  We are constantly upgrading our equipment to give members the best possible gym experience to allow them to achieve their goals.

These sessions are designed to increase your team’s physical strength, improve cardiovascular endurance, and enhance overall athleticism. Our coaches will develop custom workout plans to meet the specific needs and fitness levels of your team, ensuring that each participant progresses safely and effectively.

FAQ

We are open Monday to Friday from 6 AM to 9:30 PM, and on weekends from 8 AM to 4 PM.

Yes, we have certified personal trainers available to create customized workout plans and provide one-on-one guidance.

No. you can do a Pay as you go for Classes or a Day Pass for the Open Gym. Both options are €15. 

Yes, we offer a one-week trial pass for new members to experience our facilities and services before committing to a membership.

Yes. We will offer you a complimentary induction for one hour. Additional hours needed incurs a cost of a PT session. 

Yes. We have a fully equip open gym that can cater for classes and up to 50 members at the same time

There is plenty of space between 6am and 4pm Monday to Friday and you won’t feel like it’s too busy. Peak hours are between 4.15pm and 7.30pm. Then it will start to quieten down again from 7.30 to 9.30pm. On the weekends there is a steady flow from 8am to 4pm. If you are nervous and would like us to help? Just ask. We are happy to do so! 

We cater for each person. Every person in our classes has their own Rack, Bar, Kettlebells,Dumbbells, TRX Strap, Bench, Weights 150kg. Therefore it is very easy for our instructors to adapt or regress the session to suit you. Nobody in the class would even know it was changed as they are all focusing on their own exercises. 

Yes, we offer flexible membership options, including short-term, long-term, and family plans, as well as corporate memberships to fit various needs and lifestyles.

We had large numbers so we needed somewhere that would be able to facilitate us and Farrell Fitness certainly ticked this box.
