Rules
HYROX is a global fitness race that combines endurance running with functional workout stations, structured around a consistent format: participants complete eight 1-kilometer runs, each followed by a functional exercise station, for a total of 8 runs and 8 stations. The event follows strict standards for movement, distance, and weights to ensure fairness and comparability across all races worldwide. Athletes must complete each station with proper form—no-reps can be given by judges if standards aren’t met. Transitions between running and stations are continuous, and timing is tracked from start to finish, emphasizing both speed and consistency.
