Strength & Conditioning

Strength dominant exercises (Squat, Bench, Deadlift etc) that tax your nervous system and really get your whole body fired up for the week. This class is guaranteed to improve your strength, physique and performance.

Conditioning – building a strong heart and lungs is essential for quality of life. This element of our class normally lasts 10 to 20 minutes. It prepares you for higher intensity work and challenges your ability to work hard, recover, and repeat that work again. This is the ultimate fat and sweat buster.

Pilates

A fantastic way for you to tone and strengthen your abdominals, hips and back. We emphasize precise body alignment, mental focus, and breathe work for a refreshing mind/body workout resulting in improved posture, flexibility, and strength.

A very popular class amongst our members who describe this class as fun and tough. We make sure all exercises are performed correctly so you get maximum results. Using a variety of equipment and layouts this class will always keep you on your toes.

Foam Rolling & Flexibility

Are you sitting in work all day? Have tight muscles after training? Don’t know how to stretch properly? Then this class is for you. We use resistance bands, foam rollers, stability balls & cushions, wobble cushions, trigger point balls and more to lengthen muscles and improve posture.
